To make a Lemon Mimosa

Add ice to a cocktail shaker

Add a squirt of lemon sauce for extra lemony flavour

Add 50mls Lemon & Cream Schnapps

You may wish to add a drop of cocktail foamer to create the stunning foaming top

Shake for 30 seconds (at least)

Sieve into a Coupe glass

Add 5omls Lemonade

Top with Prosecco

Garnish with a Lemon Wheel and serve.
