Passion Fruit Martini

Shake 3 ice cubes, 50mls Passion Fruit & Lime Schnapps and a splash of Pineapple Juice in a cocktail shaker

Pour 100mls of Prosecco into a chilled Martini Glass

Top with Schnapps mix 

Garnish and serve

Pina Colada

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Add 50mls of Pineapple and Coconut Schnapps

Add 100mls pineapple juice

Shake enthusiastically

Pour into a Hurricane glass

Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cocktail cherry and serve

Strawberry Daiquiri

Muddle 7 Strawberries in a cocktail shaker or tumbler glass with the juice of one lime and a teaspoon of sugar

Add 50mls Strawberry & Lime Schnapps

Sieve into a Coupe glass.  

Garnish with mint, lime and a fresh strawberry

Banoffee Hard Shake

Add a handfull of ice, 150mls milk and 50mls Banana & Toffee Schnapps to a blender.  

Blitz until smooth.

Drizzle caramel sauce around the Pour into a long tall glass.

Garnish with dried banana chips and caramel chunks

Cacao & Pistachio Martini

Possibly the best Martini in the world.

Add a handfull of ice, 60mls of Cacao & Pistachio Gin & 25mls Dry Vermouth to a cocktail shaker.

Pour the contents back and forth from one half of the cocktail shaker to the other 3 or 4 times. Seive into a Martini Glass. Garnish with lime and serve

Gin Genie

Add a habndful of ice to a Copa De Balon glass

Pour over 15mls of Pomegranate Cordial

Add 50mls Black Shuck White Label Gin

Top with Prosecco 

Stir gently

Garnish with Pomegranate seed and serve

Mo-Cheat-Oh

Muddle 2 wedges of lime and a sprig of mint in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and 50mls of Black Shuck White Rum

Shake and then seive into an iced filled tumbler. Top with 150mls of Ginger Beer

Garnish with fresh mint & lime and serve

Black Shuck Dark and Stormy

Add ice to a tumbler

Pour over 150mls Ginger Beer

Top with 50mls Black Shuck Dark Rum and serve
